Vazians Scholarship Program announced in the 2014 Family Dinner Dance. This is an initiative of the organization to assist our talented College students who need financial assistance to thrive their opportunities. The initial offering of Scholarships would be primarily based on academic merits and financial necessities. The scholarships would also continually challenge the recipients to demonstrate improving academic achievements. While the organization relies on the support of our members and friends to finance the program, also relies on the support of the current and past College staff to monitor and manage it.
At present we provide scholarships for six students at senior classes in the college. Thanks to assistance from college staff and old boys living in Sri Lanka, our effort has been a tremendous success confirming positive outcome.
Our aim is to build trustworthy bridges with the St. Joseph Vaz College to provide more scholarships and cooperate with its development programs.
